Turquoise Seas is a Caribbean restaurant and bar - well not an actual restaurant and bar, just a business plan for my capstone project at school. I am a student in the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at the Professional Culinary Institute in Campbell, CA. As a requirement for graduation we must do a capstone project which is a business plan for whatever area of the hospitality industry we are interested in - for me it is restaurants.
